The Role of
the Organization after the Disaster
We restarted Scholars College of Sciences and I.T. and offer free
education for every students of the colleges and schools and provide
them accommodation and food. At that time no one was ready to step
forward. All the members of SEWA provide the free services to
college and others schools our team visited all private schools and
colleges to convince them to open their schools and restart
education. We have succeeded to build up their confidence and work
for their schools and colleges. Now they all are the members of SEWA
and working together. Unfortunately, all of them are not in this
position to run education properly and are facing different problems
like salaries, shelters, furniture and students books etc.
This fact cannot be denied that 60% students are enrolled in private
schools and colleges, and almost there is the same ratio of teachers
who serve the private sector. This has not playing a significance
role in the development of education but also shares the load with
the government. They all are facing a lot of problems because
students have no paying capacity; maximum private schools and
colleges are not in position to pay the salary to their staff.
Mostly staff is leaving this profession. If government or NGO’s will
not step forward to support these colleges and school it would be a
big disaster.
We tried to convince members of different organization that are
functioning for education but every one refused us as they were
working for government Schools and their focus was on primary
education. We all are still awaiting for help in education as above
mentioned that 60% students are getting education in private sector
if no one will come to help us under these miserable circumstances
the future of the state would be dark.
To save the future of the thousands of students and teachers, we are
looking forward to having from you a very positive response.
